I believe that connecting to people in a meaningful, emotional way through eloquent messaging combined with intriguing images are the beginning of an effective marketing strategy. Combined with an advertising mix and competent analytics, you get excellent results. I manage the entire cycle of content marketing, from strategy development to creative planning to analyzing results and suggesting and implementing changes where needed and reporting those results, using multiple channels.

    In 2017, Rise Communities and Cane Island won the Star Award from the Texas Association of Builders for Best Developer.

    The Greater Houston Builders Association named Johnson Development Developer of the Year in my tenure there. The award is given to outstanding developments who are won awards in at least 5 other categories, including those in marketing and advertising. I am proud to have been part of the team who won that accomplishment.

    GHBA MPC of the Year Harvest Green

    I was part of Harvest Green from its inception, choosing a logo, developing and designing necessary collateral, holding events and coming up with concepts around the theme of the community. the Grand Opening of Harvest Green was the most successful Grand Opening of a JDC community, and I am proud to have behind it all.

    The Greater Houston Builders Association named Johnson Development as the best overall Radio Commercial for the Home Tour, which was a collaborative effort and campaign by all JDC communities.

    The Greater Houston Builders Association named Cross Creek Ranch as having the best Event Billboard for our Fall Home Tour, a campaign and event I helped develop and manage.

    GHBA Best B2C Direct Mail Piece

    In 2015, I handled several communities, and Tuscan Lakes in League City was one I developed the Art of Living Campaign for, which won best B2C Direct Mail of the year for 2015.

Ensured utilization of several account/community budgets of $5M a year, cumulatively. Conducted and presented critical analysis on data collected from digital and foot traffic and sales. Participated in Sienna Plantation Residential Association Board by acting as a developer representative.

Achievements:• Devised and rolled out award-winning marketing campaigns, promotions, and events for multiple accounts/communities (ABM) using a mix of omni-channel marketing strategies.
• Maximized company revenue by building awareness, increasing traffic and accelerating sales.
• Improved digital presence of company by implementing effective social media and internet tactics.
